Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Product – Women’s Health, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for our women’s health portfolio. You will lead a talented team of product managers, designers, and engineers to create impactful solutions that address the unique needs of women at various stages of their lives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and hands-on leadership to deliver innovative products that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Identify and prioritize key opportunities in the women’s health market based on market research, customer insights, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term product roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Product Development:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver innovative women’s health products that meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Market Insights and Customer Focus:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs in women’s health.
- Develop a deep understanding of target customers through user interviews, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure that product offerings are designed with a user-centric approach and deliver exceptional value to customers.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
- Implement and oversee processes and methodologies that enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, with a strong track record of leading successful product initiatives in the women’s health or healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of the women’s health market, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in using data to drive decision-making and product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing product development processes, including agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to women’s health products.
