Regional Vice President
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for driving significant sales and revenue growth within a defined territory and/or a strategic list of potential clients. As the key executive leader in the region, the RVP serves as the primary point of contact for all buyers, decision-makers, and influencers. Proven experience in telehealth, secure clinical communication, or Health Information Exchange (HIE) is highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Strategic Business Growth (Primary)
- Identifies and capitalizes on key business opportunities within a defined territory and/or a strategic list of potential clients.
- Cultivates and leverages executive-level relationships with prospective clients’ chief executives, medical leadership teams, and other key decision-makers and influencers.
- Acts as the principal liaison among all buyers, decision-makers, and influencers, ensuring alignment and advancing strategic initiatives.
- Develops and executes comprehensive sales strategies that emphasize business impact, competitive differentiation, and long-term value creation.
- Leads client education efforts on company solutions, emphasizing business impact, comparative benefits, and industry best practices for deployment and use.
- Drives contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close high-value deals.
Strategic Account Development
- Partners with account teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction with products and solutions, fostering long-term relationships.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities for expanding business within existing accounts.
- Introduces and positions additional company solutions to further develop and expand account portfolios.
Product and Market Strategy
- Collaborates with internal teams and senior stakeholders to integrate client feedback, expectations, and market needs into the product development process.
- Provides strategic guidance to internal teams on market development, product differentiation, and enhanced value creation.
- Secures client endorsements of the company’s value propositions from key stakeholders, enhancing credibility and market positioning.
