Main skills: Has led a sales team, but willing to be hands on as well
-Building the team (add 4 to 6 sales people AE’s) and 4 to 6 next year, a team of about 6 to 8 sales people by end of this year
-Long sales cycle, enterprise sales (smallest would be 30m and larger would be over 100m) classic enterprise account sale, not necessarily high volume, but big deals
Skills: Hunter mindset (because they are fighting against larger players)
-A track record of having executed enterprise sales
-Driving something 20m or higher
-Experience within a growth environment
-Hydrogen would be nice, but not required Ex; coming from solar development, oil and gas, chemicals
