They are now seeking their newest Finance leader to work closely with the executive leadership to lead and direct all financial functions of assigned business units. The role will involve working closely with all business units and defining the Financial Planning strategy.

This role requires a deep understanding of both FP&A and PEO/HCM.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop key business strategies
  • Evaluate and analyse all division financial results
  • Lead and manage a high performing finance team
  • Responsible for financial forecasts on FP&A

 

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in FP&A
  • Degrees CPA and or MBA
  • 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis, with 8 years of experience in Management experience
  • Industry experience: HRTech, PEO, HCM
