A leading healthcare technology company are looking for a Client Solutions Director to join their team! This company has the largest healthcare data marketplace which includes the most comprehensive set of closed pharmacy and medical payer data available in the market.
They are Series D funded, raising way over $100m so far on their journey, founded by industry experts in the real-world data and life science space. This position will be primarily focused on supporting a large pharmaceutical client (onsite 2x/week) and empowering them to generate RWE by fully leveraging -licensed data and identifying potential for licensing new data.
What you will do:
- Provide hands-on analytic guidance for commercial pharma use cases (e.g. program triggers, market access, patient services, marketing, sales targeting, commercial operations support, etc.)
- Empower client to utilize commercial pharma analytics best practice by providing on-site training and use case support, arming them with knowledge and ability to analyze and interpret their licensed data.
- Develop and lead quarterly trainings and host weekly office hours for the client
- Work cross-functionally with sales and data delivery teams to support operational processes to deliver data licensing projects on time and with accuracy.
- Secondary responsibilities include triaging related use cases, such as HEOR/RWE (e.g. patient outcome studies, FDA safety studies, etc.) and R&D (e.g. clinical trial recruitment, etc.) and collaborating with internal SMEs across verticals to support clients’ needs.
- Creatively and strategically position the organisation to continue to win against the competition by building trust and credibility as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Clients’ adoption and utilization of data and renewal of contracted support.
- Take ownership of pre- and post-sale projects and drive to completion.
Required skills and experience:
- Deep understanding of commercial pharma analytics and data landscape, including knowledge of analytic approaches, descriptive and predictive analytics.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role.
- At least 5 years’ experience using SQL, programming against large relational databases leveraging interoperably-linked, patient-level data at scale.
- Healthcare data expert across various data types (specifically open/closed medical and pharmacy claims, but ideally also inpatient/ambulatory EMR, laboratory data, etc.)
- Experience presenting to business-focused and/or technical-focused audiences, particularly for the purpose of training.
- Experience in coding Python, R (in addition to SQL).
- Ability to be onsite 2x/week at client in the NJ/Philadelphia area.
