    About the Role:

    The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our K-12 literacy EdTech company.     Their pipeline is growing so they are building out their team and are very interested in Project Managers with construction experience in utility scale solar. This position requires 7+ years of utility scale solar construction experience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple utility-scale solar and BESS projects simultaneously across the US.
    • Establish, implement, and manage the project safety program to maintain a safe work environment, actively promoting a safety-focused culture by serving as a mentor and role model.
    • Regularly conducts site safety inspections, participates in progress meetings, reviews incidents, near-misses, HSE reports, and relevant statistics, initiating necessary changes to uphold safety standards, legislative requirements, and environmental guidelines.

    • Ability to monitor complex project budgets and schedules, and create and schedule a project.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

    Job Overview

    Our client continually earns their clients’ trust by deeply understanding their business needs and delivering technology solutions that simplify the complexities of fixed income trading. They take pride in actively listening to their clients, constantly striving to enhance their products and technology. As part of their Relationship Management team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping clients maximize the value of the system while gathering feedback on new features and products.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ trading strategies, requirements, and behaviors, and translate these into use cases for the client’s technology solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with buy-side clients across trading, operations, and technology.
    • Become a subject matter expert on all current and new product features.
    • Provide real-time support to users, collaborating with internal teams, trading venues, and client representatives as needed.
    • Conduct ongoing client training to ensure a seamless user experience, including introducing new features and functionality.
    • Relay continuous feedback from the client base to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improve user experience.
    • Stay informed about market developments that could impact electronic trading and the competitive landscape.
    • Organize and participate in periodic review meetings with clients, using a data-driven approach to account management.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in roles such as bond trader, trading assistant, salesperson, portfolio manager, or operations professional.
    • Deep understanding of electronic corporate bond trading, including common protocols and workflows.
    • Independent, self-motivated, and a fast learner, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
    • Strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, developers, and end-users, and a strong grasp of enterprise-level businesses and IT systems.
    • While the role is remote, the ideal candidate will be based in the NYC area and able to meet with clients and the team as necessary. Must also be willing to travel to develop and expand client relationships.
    • B.S. or B.A. College Degree.

In this role, you will be pivotal in driving business expansion and transforming how organizations utilize AI for decision-making.   • Strong grasp of AI and its applications in the business landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proven ability to surpass sales targets.
  • Strong business insight with the capacity to comprehend complex client needs.
