    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related studies; or equivalent work experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Manage various client implementations of SaaS platform simultaneously

     

    • Drive continuous improvement in the delivery model across tools, processes, and people

     

    • Act as liaison between client and technology teams

     

    • Identify and execute on opportunities for additional professional services offerings for client

     

    Requirements:

     

    • 4+ years experience in a similar role within the Insurance & SaaS industries

     

    • Hands-on program management with “roll up your sleeves” approach

     

    • Excellent communications skills – oral and written

     

    • PMP / CSM qualifications preferred

The Benefits and Compensation Manager will develop, implement, and manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and effective communication, with a focus on enhancing employee satisfaction through excellent customer service.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and 8 plus years of experience in benefits and compensation management or a related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compensation structures and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (English), with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure and manage confidential information.
  • Excellent HRIS experience, including ability to write reports. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel Vlookups and pivot tables.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • Master’s degree in related field.
  • Professional certification, such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
  • Experience using Paylocity and/or Oracle.
  • ERP implementation and/or integration experience.
