I’m partnered with an industry leader in EV charging solutions for the multifamily real estate sector, and we are seeking a driven Account Executive to join their growing team. If you have experience in EV charging or PropTech and excel as a hunter in sales, this is an incredible opportunity to drive growth in a rapidly expanding market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Hunting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifamily real estate sector, driving growth and meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with property owners, developers, and management companies, understanding their needs and offering tailored EV charging solutions.
- Market Strategy Execution: Implement effective go-to-market strategies to expand the company’s presence in the Los Angeles market and beyond.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert in the company’s EV charging technologies and solutions, effectively communicating their value proposition to prospective clients.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations and closing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market trends.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a sales role in either EV charging OR PropTech. Must have a strong track record as a “hunter” who thrives on generating new business.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the multifamily real estate sector and experience selling technology-driven solutions is a plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex sales processes and close high-value deals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
