    Role Overview:
    My client is looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to lead and expand their sales efforts. You will drive new business, whilst eventually building and leading a high-performing sales team, to help scale their customer base across clients from SMB through Enterprise. Your role will focus on developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

Seeking an experienced Cylindrical Cell Manufacturing Expert to lead the shift to high-throughput cylindrical cell production, transfer technology to contract manufacturing partners, and oversee process development and optimization.

 

⚡ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process development and optimization for cylindrical cell production, aligning efficiency and quality with manufacturing goals.
  • Oversee technology transfer and quality control with contract manufacturing partners for cylindrical cell production processes.
  • Serve as a technical advisor with hands-on expertise in cylindrical cell production, manufacturing protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Act as a liaison between U.S. and China teams, ensuring alignment in production quality and efficiency.
  • Travel to oversee manufacturing integration, troubleshoot issues, and support local engineering teams.

 

⚡ Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Significant hands-on experience in cylindrical cell manufacturing (e.g., 18650, 21700 cells).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of unique manufacturing and quality control requirements for cylindrical cells.
  • Expertise: Process development and optimization knowledge, particularly in high-throughput environments.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to oversee and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
