Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and growing our customer base within the blockchain and crypto space. Your focus will be on selling our cutting-edge infrastructure solutions to leading crypto projects, blockchain platforms, and decentralized applications. You’ll engage with both technical and non-technical decision-makers, guiding them through our product offerings, and driving successful partnerships that deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, focusing on both enterprise and startup customers in the crypto/blockchain space.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at potential and existing customer accounts, understanding their pain points and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge & Presentations: Effectively communicate the value of our infrastructure platform to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, demos, and proposal development.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and ensure the successful onboarding and integration of new customers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and insights to the sales leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or tech infrastructure space.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto ecosystems, decentralized applications (dApps), and related trends.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with selling complex technical solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong Network: Existing relationships with blockchain projects, crypto platforms, and other key players in the blockchain/crypto industry is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and influence at all levels.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
