Position Overview:
An innovative healthcare technology company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Director to lead and grow partnerships within the healthcare sector. This key role focuses on expanding presence across key segments such as ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), orthopedics, radiology, urgent care, multispecialty practices, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare distributors, EHR vendors, revenue cycle management companies, consultants, and suppliers of durable medical equipment (DME) and consumables.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities to extend reach within targeted healthcare segments, leveraging relationships to enhance product and service delivery.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that maximize channel partnerships and drive growth.
- Alignment with Partners: Work closely with partners to align strategies, ensuring products and services meet market needs and foster mutual success.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partner performance through key metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve business goals.
- Partner Support: Provide training and ongoing resources to ensure channel partners can effectively represent the company’s offerings.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed on trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in the healthcare sector to guide organizational and partner strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in channel management or business development, with a strong background in the healthcare industry.
- Network: Demonstrated success in building and leveraging relationships within healthcare IT, consulting, distribution, and supply sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
