Role Overview:
My client is looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to lead and expand their sales efforts. You will drive new business, whilst eventually building and leading a high-performing sales team, to help scale their customer base across clients from SMB through Enterprise. Your role will focus on developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage CRM systems and sales reporting, ensuring pipeline efficiency.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial wellness and/or employee benefits.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
