Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven VP of Partnerships to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong track record in building and managing relationships in the PropTech ecosystem, specifically with real estate agents, wholesale lenders, and homebuilders. As the VP of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and nurturing strategic alliances that drive growth, revenue, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy aimed at driving revenue and scaling the business by partnering with key stakeholders including real estate agents, wholesale lenders, and homebuilders.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with industry leaders and key decision-makers, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and support go-to-market strategies.
- Identify New Opportunities: Proactively identify new partnership opportunities, evaluate their potential impact, and negotiate terms to maximize business growth.
- Manage and Scale Partnerships: Oversee the lifecycle of existing partnerships, ensuring alignment, identifying areas for improvement, and maximizing value for both the business and its partners.
- Measure and Report on Performance: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, track success, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on partnership outcomes.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to ensure the business remains competitive and innovative in partnership offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in partnership management, business development, or sales, with a strong focus on real estate, lending, and/or homebuilding industries.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, with experience working with real estate agents, wholesale lenders, and homebuilders.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to negotiate and structure partnerships that align with both short-term and long-term business goals.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically about market opportunities and translate that into action.
