⚡ Role: Asset Manager

💸 $150K to $170K

Storm4 is partnered with an established utility-scale solar, BESS and Wind IPP that is looking to build out their team. They are searching for an Asset Manager to join their team to to drive day-to-day excellence for their renewable energy operating assets in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the business administration, contract management, and compliance protocols relevant to the operations and management of the portfolio of active assets.
• Maintain professional relationships at the managerial level to support contract administration, including overseeing document submissions and receipts, resolving contractual issues, and collaborating with key stakeholders such as lenders, equity partners, internal EEA teams, external consultants, and subject-matter experts.
• Commercial management – PPA performance obligations, procurement of property insurance renewables, RECs etc.
• P&L responsibility of operating assets

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in finance, economics or business.
• 5 years of relevant experience managing renewable energy assets.
• Strong managerial skills, plus excellent communication.
• Experience managing and centralizing a company’s contract management system.
