We are seeking an experienced Director/VP of Marketing to join our leadership team and drive the growth of our brand, solutions, and customer base. This senior-level position will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy that supports business growth, strengthens our market position, and enhances client engagement in the small business lending sector.
Position Overview:
As the Director/VP of Marketing, you will oversee the entire marketing function, defining and executing the marketing vision to support business objectives, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving the development of impactful marketing campaigns, and positioning the company as a trusted leader in the small business lending and fintech space.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Financial Services marketing, with a focus on small business lending or related industries. Experience leading marketing for a software or fintech company is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven success in leading and growing high-performing marketing teams, with a track record of driving impactful results.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and execute effectively, translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive growth.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience with digital marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Content Development: Strong content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling stories and position the company as a thought leader in the small business lending and fintech space.
- Collaboration: Exceptional ability to collaborate across functions, working closely with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing initiatives with company-wide goals.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing marketing data, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing strategies for better performance and ROI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to front-line employees.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
