This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced Power Market Analyst to join a leading Power and Energy Hedge Fund, composed of a team of power industry vets.

They are active in all major US Power Markets, and are actively looking for someone with unrivalled US Energy Market Knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage in-depth knowledge to produce predictive insights into future energy market trends and price curves across the US ISO sectors.
• Communicate findings to the trading team to enhance the profitability of trading strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years’ experience in energy market analysis, ideally in long-term analysis across multiple sectors and fuels;
• Deep understanding of energy markets and the power grid;
• Prior experience working on a trading floor and team;
• Strong work ethic and determination to add immediate value;
• Capability to predict the future is preferred, but obviously not required.
