My client is a rapidly growing global leader in the payments space, founded in LATAM and now operating across the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. With over $400M in venture funding, they have achieved significant success and are now looking to scale their sales team.
Position Overview:
I am seeking an Enterprise Account Management Lead to drive revenue growth through coaching a team focused on cross-selling and upselling a comprehensive suite of payments solutions to a select group of enterprise merchants. This is a revenue-generating role that will involve strategic relationship management and the ability to influence key decision-makers within the eCommerce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach a team focused on driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling payment solutions to enterprise merchants
- Drive growth through nurturing strong relationships with key clients in the eCommerce sector
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive initiatives to expand revenue
- Set and achieve sales targets while providing ongoing mentorship and leadership to the team
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in selling payments solutions, ideally within the eCommerce space
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth as an IC
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment is a plus
