You will be selling their technology-enabled services that support patients between clinical visits. These solutions empower healthcare organizations to deliver proactive, personalized care, reduce costs, and improve outcomes by addressing gaps in care and engaging patients throughout their health journey.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and executives to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and contract negotiation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, whilst collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
- Deliver results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B healthcare environment – hunter mentality.
- Strong understanding of Value-Based Care models and their impact on healthcare delivery, with the ability to articulate the company’s vision to improve patient outcomes and cost-efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate product value, upsell additional services, reinforce brand identity, and enhance overall user experience.
- Ability to identify and target key stakeholders within healthcare organizations, including C-suite executives, administrators, and care teams.
- Passion for driving meaningful change in the healthcare space by improving patient outcomes and reducing costs.
- Start-up/Scale-up experience is preferred.
