    My client is looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to lead and expand their sales efforts. You will drive new business, whilst eventually building and leading a high-performing sales team, to help scale their customer base across clients from SMB through Enterprise. Your role will focus on developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

Seeking a Senior Battery Test Engineer to advance the development of innovative battery management software. This role combines hands-on battery testing with programming expertise, focusing on automation, reliability, and API integration.

 

⚡ Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tests for battery performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Develop automated test scripts using C/C++ and Python.
  • Integrate APIs for seamless data transfer and system communication.
  • Conduct reliability testing, including environmental and thermal stress tests.
  • Enhance test infrastructure with test benches and HIL setups.
  • Analyze test data and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with product goals.
  • Optimize testing procedures and automation for efficiency and quality.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

 

⚡ Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in battery testing, embedded systems, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for automation and testing.
  • Familiarity with API development and test integration.
  • Knowledge of battery chemistry and testing standards.
  • Experience with test equipment (e.g., battery cyclers, oscilloscopes) and data tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

 

⚡ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LabVIEW or similar automation tools.
  • Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) and power electronics.
  • Familiarity with standards like ISO26262, ISO9001, and others.
  • Experience with machine learning methods for data analysis.
