    Role Overview:
    My client is looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to lead and expand their sales efforts. You will drive new business, whilst eventually building and leading a high-performing sales team, to help scale their customer base across clients from SMB through Enterprise. Your role will focus on developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Manage CRM systems and sales reporting, ensuring pipeline efficiency.
    • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.

    What You Bring:

    • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial wellness and/or employee benefits.
    • Proven success in meeting sales targets and leading teams.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Our client is a fast-growing WealthTech transforming the capital markets ecosystem with a platform trusted by major names for large-scale online capital raises. As they continue their rapid growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join their mission.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Down: Optimize team performance and resource allocation while maintaining strict cash management.
  • Managing Up: Ensure clear communication with the business, aligning deliverables with priorities and demonstrating the right outcomes.
  • Technical Involvement: Participate in architectural discussions, review high-level designs, and provide input on the tech stack (Ruby on Rails is a strong plus).

 

Key Experience:

  • Strong player-coach with a heavy focus on mentoring and coaching teams while maintaining technical expertise to address architectural and high-level design challenges.
  • Proven success scaling teams from the 20s to 100s over a 3–4-year horizon.
  • Experience in fintech is prioritized, but relevant expertise in martech or adtech is highly valued.

  • Proven experience scaling and managing engineering teams in high-growth environments.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time with measurable outcomes that drive business success.
  • Strong alignment of engineering initiatives with strategic business objectives.
