⚡ Role: Senior Project Manager

🌎 Location: North Andover, MA (Hybrid)

💸 $100K – $150K

Storm4 is partnered with an established EPC organization in the US that focuses on design, management and construction of commercial, community and ground mount solar projects. They deliver turnkey solar solutions, for solar and BESS projects to promote clean, renewable energy.

Their pipeline is growing so they are building out their team and are very interested in Project Managers with full cycle construction experience, ideally focused on renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple solar and BESS projects simultaneously across the US.
• Establish, implement, and manage the project safety program to maintain a safe work environment, actively promoting a safety-focused culture by serving as a mentor and role model.
• Manages and coordinates the design deliverable schedule to support permitting, procurement, off-site production, construction, and commissioning, with client review and approval.
• Oversees the project team, client representatives, consultants, and trade contractor relationships, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Experienced in full cycle construction projects, ideally with a focus on renewable energy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry and company operations, including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, safety and quality management practices for large, complex, and more diverse projects.
• Ability to monitor complex project budgets and schedules, and create and schedule a project.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
