Role: Director of Sales (West)
Role Responsibilities:
- Build out sales pipeline through contacts across the West Coast
- Leverage relationships with Brokers/Consultant groups to create business opportunities
- Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties (benefits executives and healthcare consultants), enabling you to gain insights into your prospects’ pain-points and buying needs.
Salary range: $175,000 base, 50/50 split on commission.
Preferred background:
- Emotional seller that must believe in the product as clients buy emotionally. Someone who can sell their why.
- Relationship based selling background, must be someone clients can trust.
- Background selling direct to Employer, a rolodex of broker/consultant contacts is a plus.
- Must be based in West Coast.
- Fertility benefits background is a plus.
- Experience selling employer health benefits into large enterprises customers
- Fluency navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings and compliance
