We are seeking an IC Director to drive growth and success for a pivotal Earth observation and technologies leader. This role will lead business development efforts, oversee revenue strategies, and cultivate key customer relationships, particularly within federal, government, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and capture of new business opportunities, particularly with government and international clients.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategies for customer acquisition and program growth.
- Drive revenue generation through strategic account management and market insights.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth strategies with company objectives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on revenue and customer success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously innovate customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Earth observation technologies and/or government contracting.
- Strong leadership and experience scaling high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in business development, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Data-driven with exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
