    Role Overview:
    My client is looking for a results-driven Sales Lead to lead and expand their sales efforts. You will drive new business, whilst eventually building and leading a high-performing sales team, to help scale their customer base across clients from SMB through Enterprise. Your role will focus on developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Manage CRM systems and sales reporting, ensuring pipeline efficiency.
    • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.

    What You Bring:

    • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial wellness and/or employee benefits.
    • Proven success in meeting sales targets and leading teams.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative energy monitoring and home energy management products. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s product offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs, remain competitive in the market, and align with emerging industry trends.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will guide products through every stage of their lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires strong ownership, strategic vision, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of product development.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for energy monitoring solutions, from concept to end-of-life.
  • Create detailed market requirement documents to define business objectives, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for newly launched products, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Track and report on product performance against financial forecasts and key metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team with actionable insights and data to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to gather feedback and ensure products remain competitive.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, monitoring competitors to stay ahead of trends.
  • Work closely with program managers and other teams to ensure smooth execution of product development.
  • Stay up-to-date on the evolving energy management industry by attending events, conducting research, and building relationships with experts.
  • Collaborate with external partners to manage joint developments and white-label opportunities.

 
Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, design, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
    • Proven experience managing consumer electronics products.
    • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication skills for engaging with designers, engineers, marketing, and customer support teams.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in energy monitoring or smart home energy management product management.
    • Direct experience working with smart home device manufacturers.
    • MBA or advanced degree in product management or a related field.
