Competitive Salary ($160,000 – $180,000 Base) + Uncapped Commission x2!
I have partnered with an early-stage HealthTech organisation who are at the forefront of healthcare innovation. Their focus is improving patient experience and health system performance by using Conversational AI and cutting-edge software solutions.
They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to focus on targeting the top 50 health systems/IDNs across the United States. This position is targeting net new customers for the business to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own full sales cycle with health system/IDN customers, from prospecting, qualification, negotiation and contract closing.
- Develop detailed strategic plans for account acquisition and growth.
- Collaborate with the product team, to ensure client goals and objectives are communicated and achieved.
- Maximize client contracting structure and negotiate contracts and close agreements within mutually agreed timelines.
- Collect feedback and suggest ways to promote and drive enhanced customer engagement and inform our product roadmap.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience.
- 3+ years of selling SaaS or similar to enterprise level health systems.
- Start-up or scale-up experience
- Relationships with C-Suite/Senior Level Executives with top health systems nationally.
